OLADIA

Privacy Policy

Effective 27 July 2026 · Applies to this website (the “Site”)

Who we are

This Site is operated by OLADIA (“we”, “us”), a company registered in the Republic of Mauritius. For any privacy question or request, write to [email protected].

What this policy covers

This policy covers this website only. Any application we release will carry its own privacy policy describing what that app collects.

The notify list

The Site has one form. If you enter your email address and submit it, you are asking us to tell you when we release something.

What the Site does not do

Hosting

The Site is served as static files by our hosting and content-delivery providers. As with virtually all web hosting, theirs records standard technical information when you visit — such as your IP address, browser type and the files requested — in server logs used to operate and protect the service. Those logs are held by those providers under their own terms. We do not use them to identify you and we do not combine them with anything else.

Analytics

Our content-delivery provider, Cloudflare, runs its own analytics on this Site. It inserts a small script at the edge — we do not place it in the page ourselves — which reports information such as the page you opened, the site you came from, your approximate location, your browser and device type, and how quickly the page loaded. That data goes to Cloudflare and is processed under Cloudflare’s own terms. It sets no cookies, and we have confirmed that no cookies are set on this Site. We see aggregate counts only, and we cannot identify you from them.

Cloudflare also rewrites email addresses shown on our pages and adds a small script to decode them, which reduces automated spam scraping.

Legal framework

We handle personal data in line with the Mauritius Data Protection Act 2017. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we aim to honour the equivalent rights under the GDPR / UK GDPR for the limited data described above. Our legal basis for the notify list is your consent, given when you submit the form, and you may withdraw it at any time.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you — in practice, your email address and any correspondence. Email [email protected]. If you believe we have handled your data badly, you may complain to the Mauritius Data Protection Office or to your local supervisory authority.

If you email us directly

We receive your address and whatever you choose to write. We use it to reply and to keep a reasonable record of the correspondence, and we do not add you to the notify list because you wrote to us.

Children

This Site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version appears on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will be clearly marked.
