1. Agreement
This Site is operated by OLADIA (“we”, “us”), a company registered in the Republic of Mauritius. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
2. Use of the Site
You may browse the Site for personal and business information purposes. You agree not to misuse it — including attempting to disrupt its operation, probing or breaching its security, scraping it at abusive volume, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
3. The notify list
Submitting your email address asks us to contact you about releases. It creates no contract, no obligation on either side, and no promise that any particular product will be released, or released by any particular date. You may ask to be removed at any time, and we may stop sending the list at any time. How we handle your address is set out in the Privacy Policy.
4. Forward-looking statements
Anything on the Site describing what we are building, or intend to build, is a statement of present intention only. Plans change and projects are abandoned. Nothing here is a commitment, an offer, or a solicitation of investment.
5. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, everything on the Site — the OLADIA name, the text, the design, the code and the graphics — belongs to OLADIA and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce or use it commercially without our prior written permission. Third-party typefaces used on the Site remain the property of their respective foundries and are used under their licences.
6. Our apps and products
Applications we release are distributed through official marketplaces, such as the Apple App Store, and are governed by their own end-user licence terms and privacy policies together with the terms of the relevant marketplace. Nothing on this Site is an offer of software or any other product except as made available through those channels.
7. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.
8. No warranties
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. Content is general information and may change without notice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OLADIA is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. The current version is always on this page with its effective date, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius, and any dispute arising from them or from use of the Site falls to the courts of Mauritius.
